Defro Duo Uni

The DEFRO DUO UNI series features dual-furnace boilers. The lower chamber has been equipped with an innovative trough burner allowing for using pea coal, qualified fines as well as biomass in the form of pellet and grains. The upper chamber constitutes a cast iron grate cooled by water, which allows for temporary usage of other fuels as well as starting up the device in emergency cases.
The boiler exchanger has been made only from boiler steel of thickness of 6-10 mm but elements exposed to fire and compounds contained in the flue gas have been made from steel of thickness of up to 10-12 mm.
The boilers have been equipped with elements increasing usage safety including a dual protection against fuel ignition in the charge container and an automatic FIRE-FIGHTER water quenching system. Upon request, the charge container can additionally be equipped with a lamp increasing the comfort of operation. On request, the boiler can be equipped with an innovative controller with a touch screen*.

Boiler’s advantages:

	5-year warranty for heat exchanger tightness, 2-year warranty for other elements and efficient operation of the boiler;
	the exchanger has been made from certified boiler steel ( P256GH type) of thickness of 6-10 mm, delivered by the following steel plants: Arcelor Mittal Poland S.A, Kraków branch and U. S. Steel Košice s.r.o.;
	high heating efficiency above 90%
	bottom combustion chamber with a highly-effective trough burner;
	two combustion chambers: lower with an automatic retort burner and upper for burning wood (when charged manually);
	programmer cooperating with 4 pumps (central heating and hot utility water, circulatory, on the floor, with output for a room controller), and with the possibility of controlling mixing valves*
	automatic water system for quenching fuel, includes a thermostatic valve*;
