Defro Eko Duo

DEFRO EKO DUO is another boiler model with two combustion chambers: lower with an automatic retort burner for pea coal, and upper - created by means of a grate cooled by water and of wall thickness of 8.8 mm. The chamber of traditional combustion allows for temporary usage of other fuels as well as starting up the device in emergency cases. A grate deck has also the function of water tubes and constitutes additional area for heat exchange. The exchanger has been made from certified boiler steel of thickness of 6-8 mm***.
In order to reduce the loss of heat, additional thermal insulation has been applied. The following optional equipment is available: charge container drying system protecting against corrosion of the water quenching system in case of flame return to the fuel charger pipe and a lamp for the charge container improving the comfort of work. On request, the boiler can be equipped with an innovative controller with a touch screen.

	5-year warranty for heat exchanger tightness, 2-year warranty for other elements and efficient operation of the boiler;
	the exchanger has been made from certified boiler steel ( P256GH type) of thickness of 6-8 mm, delivered by the following steel plants: Arcelor Mittal Poland S.A, Kraków branch and U. S. Steel Košice s.r.o.;
	high thermal efficiency, up to 89%, thanks to increased heat recovery from flue gas;
	electronic boiler regulation; innovative controller with a touch screen cooperating with up to 4 pumps (central heating, hot utility water, circulatory and floor pump) and with the possibility of controlling mixing valves*;
	bottom combustion chamber with a highly-effective rotary retort burner;
	two combustion chambers: lower with an automatic retort burner and upper for burning wood (when charged manually);
	automatic water system for quenching fuel, includes a thermostatic valve*;
	fuel-container opening sensor;
