Defro Eko Duo Uni

The DEFRO EKO UNI boilers have been created on the basis of the DEFRO EKO DUO UNI series. The DUO series is characterised by two combustion chambers: the lower chamber has been equipped with an innovative trough burner allowing for using pea coal, qualified fines as well as biomass in the form of pellet and grains. The upper chamber constitutes a cast iron grate cooled by water, which allows for temporary usage of other fuels as well as starting up the device in emergency cases. The exchanger has been made from certified boiler steel of thickness of 6-8 mm***, it has also thermal insulation reducing the loss of heat. Places significantly exposed to the loss of heat are equipped with additional thermal insulation. The boilers have been equipped with elements increasing usage safety. Standard equipment is as follows: the FIREFIGHTER water quenching system (in case of flame return to the fuel charger pipe) as well as the door-opening sensor. A lamp for the charge container improves the comfort of work. On request, the boiler can be equipped with an innovative controller with a touch screen.

Boiler’s advantages:

	5-year warranty for heat exchanger tightness, 2-year warranty for other elements and efficient operation of the boiler;
	the exchanger has been made from certified boiler steel ( P256GH type) of thickness of 6-8 mm, delivered by the following steel plants: Arcelor Mittal Poland S.A, Kraków branch and U. S. Steel Košice s.r.o.;
	high thermal efficiency, up to 89%, thanks to increased heat recovery from flue gas;
	programmer cooperating with 4 pumps (central heating and hot utility water, circulatory, on the floor, with output for a room controller), and with the possibility of controlling mixing valves*
	bottom combustion chamber with a highly-effective trough burner;
	two combustion chambers: lower with an automatic retort burner and upper for burning wood (when charged manually);
	automatic water system for quenching fuel, includes a thermostatic valve*;
	fuel-container opening sensor;
