Optimised location of heat exchanger plates and reduced number of welded joints are only some of new solutions in the new DEFRO EKO series. The heat exchanger has been made from boiler steel of thickness of 6-8 mm***. The increased wall thickness and using boiler steel increases durability of the boiler. The combustion chamber has been equipped with a retort furnace with automatic fuel charge from a container located next to the boiler. The combustion process is controlled by means of a programmer and what needs to be done is filling the container with fuel, periodical removal of ash and cleaning the boiler. The DEFRO EKO boilers are equipped with an additional cast iron grate, which allows for emergency operation of the device even in case of a power cut. A fuel-container opening sensor is a standard equipment of the boiler. In order to facilitate boiler installation and usage, the DEFRO EKO boilers have been equipped with adjustable legs for boiler levelling, flue extension with draught regulator as well as the solution allowing for dual-side door installation. On request, the boiler can be equipped with an innovative controller with a touch screen.

	5-year warranty for heat exchanger tightness, 2-year warranty for other elements and efficient operation of the boiler;
	the exchanger has been made from certified boiler steel ( P256GH type) of thickness of 6-8 mm, delivered by the following steel plants: Arcelor Mittal Poland S.A, Kraków branch and U. S. Steel Košice s.r.o.;
	high thermal efficiency, up to 89%, thanks to increased heat recovery from flue gas;
	programmer cooperating with 4 pumps (central heating and hot utility water, circulatory, on the floor, with output for a room controller), and with the possibility of controlling mixing valves*
	replaceable secondary grate made from high-quality heat resistant cast iron;
	combustion chamber with highly efficient retort burner
	automatic water system for quenching fuel, includes a thermostatic valve*;
	fuel-container opening sensor;
