Optima Komfort

Modernised and upgraded series of OPTIMA KOMFORT boilers is characterised by optimum inclination angle of combustion channels and an additional water partition instead of a water tube, which significantly improves and stabilises the combustion process. The implemented solutions allowed for reduction of the amount of welded joints limiting the risk of leakage.
The boilers are adjusted for combustion of solid fuels such as coal, coal and fines mixture, wood, wood chips and sawdust. A big combustion chamber allows for charging fuel enough for many hours of operation. The combustion process does not require electrical power supply - the boilers use natural air draught. The device has been adjusted for installation of the DEFRO blow-in set, which controls the combustion process electronically. The number and location of cleaning holes as well as adjustable legs facilitate levelling of the boiler and extension of the flue with chimney draught regulation are only some of solutions ensuring high comfort of usage.

Boiler’s advantages:

	4-year warranty for heat exchanger tightness, 2-year warranty for other elements and eficient operation of the boiler;
	the exchanger has been made from certified boiler steel ( P256GH type) of thickness of 6 mm, delivered by the following steel plants: Arcelor Mittal Poland S.A, Kraków branch and U. S. Steel Košice s.r.o.;
	high thermal efficiency, up to 80%, thanks to increased heat recovery from flue gas - multi-draught system of vertical combustion channels;
	adjusted for installation of a blow-in set;
	mechanical movable grate for removing ash from water grate bars (not applicable for 8 type);
	regulation of the combustion process by means of the draught regulator* or a handwheel located in the ash pan door;
	flue extension with flue gas draught regulation;
	adjustable legs facilitating levelling of the boiler;
