Optima Komfort Plus

Boilers of the OPTIMA KOMFORT PLUS series mean original design, innovative solutions including reduced number of welded joints, appropriate inclination angle of combustion channels and, first of all, user-friendly and economical control with the possibility of upgrading the automatics based on the PID algorithm allowing for reduced fuel consumption by over 10%.
High thermal efficiency of the boilers is ensured by the multi-draught system of horizontal combustion channels, thermal insulation of heat exchanger and protection of elements, which tend to lose heat. The device operates in two modes - fired up from the top as a fines boiler with extended combustion support, or as a universal boiler fired up from the bottom by means of solid fuels such as coal, coal and fines mixture, wood, wood chips and sawdust. The efficiency of the combustion process is increased by multiple-point air blow-in into the area of charged fuel and, additionally, by a comfortable solution for cleaning air nozzles.

Boiler’s advantages:

	4-year warranty for heat exchanger tightness, 2-year warranty for other elements and eficient operation of the boiler;
	the exchanger has been made from certified boiler steel ( P256GH type) of thickness of 6 mm, delivered by the following steel plants: Arcelor Mittal Poland S.A, Kraków branch and U. S. Steel Košice s.r.o.;
	high thermal efficiency, up to 80%, thanks to increased heat recovery from flue gas - multi-draught system of vertical combustion channels;
	electronic control of the boiler; programmer cooperating with 2 pumps (central heating and hot utility water) and with the PID algorithm maintaining boiler temperature level;
	mechanical movable grate for removing ash from water grate bars (not applicable for 10 and 13 types);
	regulation of the combustion process by means of the draught regulator* or a handwheel located in the ash pan door;
	flue extension with flue gas draught regulation;
	adjustable legs facilitating levelling of the boiler;
