Optima Plus

The new OPTIMA PLUS series means state-of-the-art technical solutions and modern design. In terms of construction solutions, the boilers are based on the OPTIMA series with all advantages including the reduced number of welded joints decreasing the risk of leakage. A big combustion chamber, location of cleaning holes, adjustable legs facilitating levelling of the boiler as well as the flue extension possibility allowing for easier connection to the chimney are only some of solutions ensuring high comfort of usage. User-friendly regulation of the combustion process with the possibility of upgrading the automatics, based on the PID algorithm, allows for reduction of fuel consumption by over 10%. The new series of boilers has retained the feature of multiple-point air blow-in into the area of charged fuel and the solution for comfortable cleaning of air nozzles. Pumping the air directly to the area of fuel combustion increases the efficiency of operation and guarantees uniform and long-lasting combustion process ensuring its stability.

Boiler’s advantages:

	3-year warranty for heat exchanger tightness, 2-year warranty for other elements and efficient operation of the boiler;
	the exchanger has been made from certified boiler steel ( P256GH type) of thickness of 6 mm, delivered by the following steel plants: Arcelor Mittal Poland S.A, Kraków branch and U. S. Steel Košice s.r.o.;
	high thermal efficiency, up to 80%, thanks to increased heat recovery from flue gas - multi-draught system of vertical combustion channels;
	adjustable legs facilitating levelling of the boiler;
	mechanical movable grate for removing ash from water grate bars (not applicable for 10 and 13 types);
	electronic control of the boiler; programmer cooperating with 2 pumps (central heating and hot utility water) and with the PID algorithm maintaining boiler temperature level;
	flue extension with flue gas draught regulation;
	multiple-point air blow-in into the area of charged fuel;
