Advantages of the boiler:

• the combustion process and the operation of the device are controlled using an electronic regulator,

• the furnace is equipped with a retort burner for solid fuels, where all combustion processes take place using air supplied by blowing fans, divided into primary and secondary air,

• a radiant plate suspended above the burner, combusting flammable gases and evenly distributing exhaust gases to the heat exchanger,

• the structure of the body consists of, among others, transverse conduits, which constitute a significant heat collector just behind the burner, and the convection part, where a two-pass horizontal fire tube exchanger turns into a flue,

• the arrangement of the inspection door facilitates service and maintenance activities,

• the rotary feeder used prevents the flame from returning towards the tank,

• “STRAŻAK II” automatic water extinguishing system – as protection against flame return to the fuel supply system.

Trouble-free operation of the EKOPELL MAX boiler is guaranteed by the use of pellets of appropriate quality and granulation. It is prohibited to use substitute fuel in the form of: seeds, husks, cereal grains. The boiler room must meet the applicable requirements contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and be consistent with the provisions and conditions contained in the Polish Standard. MAX series boilers require special attention in the event of a lack of electricity, mainly due to stopping the operation of pumps and other control automation *.
