Ekopell Mini is an automatic wood pellet boiler that introduces the new PRO product range. Available in six output variants from 10 to 29 kW, it achieves an efficiency of over 92% and meets the requirements of Class 5 emissions and the Ecodesign Directive. Its compact design, fully automatic operation and front-only access make it an ideal heat source for small boiler rooms in single-family homes.

Burner with automatic cleaning and ignition

At the heart of the Ekopell Mini is a pellet burner with automatic cleaning and ignition functions. The boiler ignites automatically, modulates its output and keeps the combustion chamber clean — without requiring daily user intervention. This fully automated system reduces maintenance to a minimum and ensures stable, efficient combustion throughout the entire heating season.

Efficiency above 92% thanks to horizontal convection channels

The horizontal convection channels efficiently recover heat from the flue gases, increasing the boiler’s efficiency to over 92%. Higher efficiency directly translates into lower pellet consumption and tangible savings on every tonne of fuel. The heat exchanger has also been designed for quick and convenient cleaning, with full access from the front of the boiler.

79–124 kg fuel hopper — can be installed on either sid

Depending on the boiler output, it is equipped with a fuel hopper with a capacity ranging from 79 to 124 kg, ensuring long operating times without frequent pellet refilling. The hopper can be installed on either the left or right side of the boiler, allowing the unit to adapt to the layout of your boiler room—not the other way around.

Compact dimensions and top flue outlet — installation without compromise

The Ekopell Mini was designed with limited space in mind. Its compact dimensions allow it to be installed even in small boiler rooms, while the top flue outlet often makes connection to the chimney significantly easier. In addition, two flow connections and two return connections give the installer full flexibility when designing the hydraulic system.

PELLO V2 controller — full control over your heating

The boiler is managed by the modern PELLO V2 controller with PID regulation and automatic ignition based on a flue gas temperature sensor. The controller monitors central heating, domestic hot water, flue gas, return, burner, valve, outdoor and indoor temperatures. It also offers weekly scheduling and a visual display of the fuel level in the hopper. It supports five pumps—including two heating circuits, a domestic hot water circuit and an additional pump—as well as two mixing valve actuators. An STB safety limiter ensures safe operation.

Internet module included as standard — remote monitoring and statistics

The Ekopell Mini comes with a built-in internet module as standard. Using a smartphone or computer, you can fully monitor and manage the boiler’s operation, receive alarm notifications, and track fuel consumption and heating costs. The controller can be updated remotely or via a microSD card, allowing the system to evolve together with your needs.

The PELLO V2 controller can also be expanded with up to four MR3 modules to manage additional heating circuits. The RM1 wireless module, included as standard, works with dedicated BT4 and BT5B room controllers. Available peripherals include an outdoor temperature sensor, thermostatic heads, room temperature and humidity sensors—including versions with a display—and an underfloor heating control unit, providing complete climate control throughout the home.
