we would like to remind you that the high-standard wood-pellet boilers manufactured by our company are not equipped with an emergency (auxiliary) grate or a pre-combustion chamber, nor are they designed for the installation of any components that would allow combustion outside the automatic burner.

Only the fuels specified by the Manufacturer in the Boiler User Manual may be used.

Any modifications made to the boilers in order to enable fuel combustion outside the automatic burner are illegal, will void the warranty, and may pose a threat to the health and life of the user.
