Additional information: The KOMPAKT EKOPELL boiler is equipped with an automatic cleaning and ash removal system (F version) should be specified when ordering the boiler due to the impossibility of subsequent installation.

EKOPELL COMPACT – The boiler that has been in the DEFRO offer for many years is a boiler that meets the expectations of demanding customers in the segment of pellet devices. Awarded many times at international fairs.

 

Kompakt Ekopell is a boiler with a mechanical exchanger cleaning system as standard. (It is also possible to order the boiler with an automatic exchanger cleaning and automatic ash removal system*).
The boiler furnace is lined with ceramics, which acts as a catalyst, and the rear part of the exchanger body is made of vertical flame tubes in which economizers are placed to increase the degree of heat transfer.
The standard exhaust fan eliminates improper operation of the chimney draft and allows for its stabilization.
Pellet burner with automatic cleaning function. Equipped with air flow modulation with the “ADAPTIVE CONTROL” system, it ensures reliable operation.
The mechanical grate used in the burner often works well when using low-quality pellets.
The APC 3 controller guarantees support for up to 6 pumps and allows you to control two mixing valves. The regulator has a built-in internet module allowing remote monitoring of the boiler operation. As standard, the regulator has an external temperature sensor.
The pellet tank has a built-in pellet reserve sensor indicating the minimum fuel level.
* Option additionally paid. Additional equipment must be ordered at the ordering stage.

APC 3 ADAPTIVE CONTROL

CONTROLLER FUNCTIONS:

  • innovative ADAPTIVE CONTROL control using a turbine flowmeter ensuring optimal selection of fan and feeder operating parameters.
  • fan control (testing the air flow necessary for the proper combustion process) and feeder.
  • control of the central heating and hot water pumps and valves.
  • control of two mixing valves with circulation pumps assigned to them.

  • measurement of pellet consumption using a sensor placed in the tank, which reads the pellet level.
  • possibility of controlling 2 additional mixing valves using the DERFO MZ module
  • touch color graphic display (possibility to select menu display).
  • temperature sensors: central heating, hot water, valves, external return and exhaust gases.
  • photoresistor (flame sensor, controlling the quality of the flame).
  • has thermal temperature protection of the boiler – STB sensor.
  • has thermal protection of the burner.
  • remote control of, among others: temperatures, settings, technical parameters, work history, alarms and statistics via online cooperation via the internet module.
