Heat exchanger made of certified, high-quality steel;

High thermal efficiency ranging from 89.8 to 91.4% thanks to increased heat recovery from exhaust gases;

As standard, the boiler is prepared for installation of a set consisting of an exhaust fan and a controller. Paid option according to the additional equipment price list;

Smoke removal system for the combustion chamber;

Mechanical regulation of the combustion process using a knob in the ash pan door and a draft regulator;

The boiler is factory equipped with a thermostatic draft regulator;

Nozzle reducing exhaust emissions (UP RP protection);

Large charging chamber;

Secondary air supply regulation;

The boiler is suitable for installation in a closed system, provided that security measures are installed in accordance with the boiler operating instructions;

DWS – A hopper boiler intended for burning hard coal of the pea type, meeting the criteria of Class 5 and Ecodesign.

 

  • Reinforced boiler structure based on the multi-pass structure of flue gas channels.
  • The horizontal and vertical arrangement of the boiler exchanger guarantees optimal thermal efficiency of 90%.
  • The fireplace is covered with ceramics made of refractory material – ceramic catalysts.
  • Gravity air supply system to the boiler, divided into: primary and secondary air supply.
  • Nozzle reducing exhaust emissions (protected by the Polish Patent Office).
  • Large charging chamber. Easy to clean.
  • Suitable for installation in a closed system, provided that fittings and protections are used to dissipate excess thermal power, in accordance with the boiler documentation.
  • It is possible to install an additional control set consisting of a controller and an exhaust fan*
  • Required operation of the boiler with an accumulation tank (so-called buffer)**.

* Option additionally paid. Additional equipment must be ordered at the ordering stage.

** The minimum capacity of the accumulation tank should be calculated in accordance with the PN-EN 303-5:2012 standard.
