Definitions of terms used in the Regulations

1.1. Act – Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219, as amended);

1.2. electronic address – designation of the IT system enabling communication via electronic means of communication, in particular e-mail;

1.3. commercial information – any information intended directly or indirectly to propose goods, services or the image of an entrepreneur or a person practicing a profession whose right to practice a profession depends on meeting the requirements specified in separate acts, excluding information enabling communication via electronic means of communication with a specific person and information about goods and services that does not serve to achieve the commercial effect desired by the entity that recommends its dissemination, in particular without remuneration or other benefits from producers, sellers and service providers;

1.4. ICT system – a set of cooperating IT devices and software ensuring processing and storage, as well as sending and receiving data via telecommunications networks using a telecommunications terminal device appropriate for a given type of network within the meaning of the Act of July 16, 2004 – Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws .U. of 2016, item 1489, as amended);

1.5. provision of a service by electronic means – performance of a service provided without the simultaneous presence of the parties (remotely), by transmitting data at the individual request of the service recipient, sent and received using electronic processing devices, including compression, or transmitted via a telecommunications network within the meaning of the Act of 16 July 2004 – Telecommunications Law;

1.6. means of electronic communication – technical solutions, including ICT devices and software tools cooperating with them, enabling individual distance communication using data transmission between ICT systems and, in particular, e-mail;

1.7. service provider – DEFRO;

Contact form

Contact form service – involves sending messages and questions to the Service Provider via the contact form on topics closely related to DEFRO’s activities. Sending a message is only possible after the Service Recipient consents to the processing of personal data for the purpose of servicing him by providing his name, selecting the type of request and one of the methods through which the Service Recipient wants to contact him in order to provide a response – telephone number or address. e-mail. Providing other data is voluntary. Replying is free of charge.

Service-form

Service form service – involves sending messages and questions to the Service Provider via the service form on topics strictly related to DEFRO’s activities and its products. Sending a message is only possible after the Service Recipient consents to the processing of personal data for the purpose of servicing the service by providing the name, serial number, files related to the report (photo of the damage, damage report) and one of the methods through which the Service Recipient wants to be contacted. contact him for a reply – telephone number or e-mail address. Providing other data is voluntary. Replying is free of charge. To send a message to the Service Provider, it is necessary to accept the required Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of data for Commercial purposes. Through the method of communication chosen by the Service User, the Service Department or Service Hotline may attempt to establish contact in order to clarify or solve the problem. The application should contain the necessary data:

  • Applicant’s details: Name and surname, address with exact postal code.
  • Phone number.
  • Type/Model of the Device (located on the nameplate).
  • Device power [kW] (located on the rating plate).
  • Serial number (located on the nameplate).
  • Description of the detected defect.
  • In case of damage to elements or replacement of parts, we recommend attaching photosbędących leading to quick solution of the problem.

Opinion-form

Opinion service – allows the Service User to send individual opinions about the quality of the services provided and the goods offered to the Service Provider. Sending an opinion is possible after the Service User provides the content of the opinion in the form. If the Service Recipient wants DEFRO to contact him in order to obtain additional information regarding the posted opinion, he should include information about the telephone number or e-mail address through which contact is to be made. The service recipient may include additional data in the opinion, such as a photo of the product, his name, surname. Providing this data means consent to their processing in connection with and for the purposes of obtaining a detailed opinion or contacting the Service Recipient. Posting opinions and responding to submitted opinions is free of charge.

Heat recovery / heat pump selection form

Recuperation/heat pump selection service – involves sending messages and questions to the Service Provider via the device selection form on topics closely related to DEFRO’s activities and the product. Sending a message is only possible after the Service Recipient consents to the processing of personal data for the purpose of servicing him by providing, in the first stage, the name and one of the methods through which the Service Recipient wants to contact him in order to provide a response – telephone number or e-mail address. -mail. In the second stage of completing the form, the Service Provider is obliged to provide technical information about the house design, its dimensions and attach a house plan. The rest of the fields are optional. In the third stage, the Service User can enter the content of the message. The last stage includes the acceptance of the GDPR policy and the Privacy Policy. Providing other data is voluntary. Replying is free of charge. If the service recipient does not consent to sending data using the application form, he or she may do so directly by sending an e-mail to the following address: rekuperacja@defro.pl or by calling kontaktu technicznego Działu Rekuperacji / Pomp ciepła.

The inquiry should contain the necessary data:

  • Applicant’s details: Name and surname, Voivodeship.
  • Telephone number and/or email address.
  • House design file or link to the design and information about house dimensions, house height
  • Message content.

Using a service provided electronically

The Service Provider provides services to the Service User within the scope and under the conditions specified in these Regulations, which the Service User undertakes to comply with.

Using a service provided electronically involves the risk of: infection of the IT system by unwanted software causing damage, hacker attacks. It is recommended that the Service User has, e.g., an antivirus program or takes other actions to minimize the risk of such and other undesirable events. The Service Provider is not responsible for technical problems resulting from the malfunction of the equipment owned by the Service Recipient, as well as for the lack of appropriate parameters enabling the reception of data. The Service Provider is also not liable for the risk associated with the use of services provided electronically, and thus for any damage that is not the result of his fault or negligence, as well as for any damage caused as a result of the actions of the Service Recipient or third parties.

Technical requirements: computer, laptop, telephone or other multimedia device with Internet access and a web browser, access to e-mail, enabling cookies and Javascript support in the web browser. When using the website and services, the Service User is obliged not to use them in an unlawful manner and not to infringe the personal rights or copyrights of the Service Provider or third parties. The Service Recipient is not obliged to verify the transmitted or shared content entered by the Service Recipient into the Service Provider’s IT systems, and if he or she obtains information indicating a reasonable suspicion of a prohibited or illegal act or activity related to this type of behavior, he or she may delete such content and suspend access. Service providers.

The Service Provider reserves the right to carry out maintenance work on the IT system, which may cause temporary difficulties in access to services. The Service Recipient is not entitled to any claims for compensation from the Service Provider in this respect.

The Service Recipient is obliged to enter data consistent with the actual situation, and the Service Recipient is obliged to keep this data secret. Details regarding the processing of personal data are included in the Privacy Policy.

Complaints related to the provision of free services electronically may be submitted electronically to the e-mail address biuro@defro.pl, including a description of the problem. Complaints are considered within 14 days, within which time the Service User is provided with a response.

The Service Provider reserves the right to change the provisions of the Regulations.
