The HG boiler uses a two-stage combustion technique – gasification of the fuel and subsequent pyrolysis, i.e. combustion of the resulting gases. The basic fuel is firewood. The boiler exchanger is made of high-quality, certified boiler sheet metal with a thickness of 6-8 mm in the form of two chambers placed above each other – the upper one, which serves as a fuel tank, and the lower one – combining the functions of the combustion chamber and ash pan. There is a grate between the chambers, which allows for perfect gasification of wood and easy removal of ash. The wood gasification process allows full use of the energy stored in the fuel and meets restrictive emission parameters. The combustion process is regulated by an innovative controller with a touch display. The HG boiler has a built-in exhaust fan that prevents smoke from returning to the boiler room. The boiler can be installed in a closed system.
